Privacy Policy

1. What we keep

• Your account: your Anokhi Reet account (your name and phone number), to log you in, and which tools you've started.
• What you add to a tool. In the Mehndi Booking Tracker: bookings (date, client name and phone number, event type, place, amounts and notes), payments (amount, date and note), expenses (amount, category, note and date), and your own event types and expense categories.
• On your phone or computer: the language you chose, saved in your browser.

2. How we use it

Only to run the tool for you: to show, save and add up your records. We don't use what you add for advertising, we never sell it, and we don't share it with anyone except the providers that host the tools (below). We never contact your clients.

3. Who can see it

Only you, when you're logged in. Every request to a tool is checked against your Anokhi Reet login, and each record is linked to your account alone. Our team doesn't look at your records, except to fix a problem you report to us or when the law requires it.

4. Where it's kept

What you add to a tool is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts the tools. Your Anokhi Reet account is stored with Supabase. Both work on our behalf. Everything travels over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

Our servers also keep short technical logs (such as the time of a request and any error) to keep the tools working and secure.

5. Your clients' details

You add your clients' names and phone numbers, so please make sure they're happy for you to keep them. We keep them only for you: they're never sold, never shared and never used to contact your clients.

6. Keeping and deleting your data

• We keep your data while you use the tool.
• You can change or delete any booking, payment or expense at any time.
• You can download all of it as a spreadsheet (CSV) from the tool's Settings.
• To delete everything you've added to the tools, email us from the phone number or email linked to your account, and we'll delete it and let you know.

7. Measuring the site

The tools don't add any tracking of their own. The site-wide measurement described in the Anokhi Reet Privacy Policy still applies to these pages.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the date at the top.

9. Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any matters related to it fall under Indian jurisdiction.
