Terms of Use

1. Your account

You use the tools with your Anokhi Reet account, which you log in to with your phone number. Keep your phone and your login safe: you're responsible for what's done with your account.

2. Free to use

The tools are free. We may add, change or stop a tool or a feature. When we stop a tool, we'll try to tell you in advance so you can download your data first.

3. Your data and your clients' details

What you add to a tool is yours. When you save your clients' names and phone numbers, you agree that:

• you have your clients' permission to save their details and to contact them about their bookings;
• you use their details only for your work with them;
• you don't add anything unlawful, false or harmful.

4. Calls and WhatsApp messages

The Call and WhatsApp buttons open your phone's dialler or WhatsApp. Messages, like a payment reminder, are sent by you, from your own phone and account, and you're responsible for them. WhatsApp is a service of Meta, and its own terms apply.

5. Fair use

Use the tools for your own work. Please don't:

• try to see or change anyone else's data;
• overload the tools, or use bots or scripts on them;
• copy, resell or rebuild the tools.

6. Limits

To keep the tools free and fast for everyone, reasonable limits apply, such as how many records you can keep and how many changes you can make in a minute. You'll see a message if you reach one.

7. Not professional advice

Totals such as profit and money due are worked out from what you enter. Check the important numbers yourself. The tools are not accounting, tax or legal advice.

8. Availability

The tools are provided as they are and as available. We work to keep them running and your data safe, but we can't promise they'll always be available or free of mistakes, so download a copy of your data from time to time. As far as the law allows, Anokhi Reet isn't responsible for lost income, lost data or other indirect losses from using, or not being able to use, the tools.

9. Stopping

You can stop using a tool at any time. We may suspend your access to the tools if these terms are broken.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. If you keep using the tools after that, you accept the new terms.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes fall under Indian jurisdiction.
